Refund & Replacement Policy

All poster sales are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.

Every print is inspected before packaging and shipping. If your poster arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged poster and its packaging.

Once the damage is verified, a replacement of the same poster will be shipped to you.

Please note that slight differences between colors displayed on a screen and the final printed artwork are normal and are not considered damage.

Shipping Information

All posters are carefully inspected, packaged and shipped from Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Posters are packaged to help protect them from bending, moisture and damage during transit.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.

If your poster arrives visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the poster and packaging. We’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
